Three Dan Spear Kung Fu is one of the most basic series of skills in Chinese Kung Fu wushu dan- system. It is made up of sixteen movements, divided into four parts. Its movements are smooth, techniques precise and explanation clear. It is simple and easy to llearn, and it is also an ideal teaching material for the beginners.
