Shaolin seven star chuan Kung Fu is one of the most ancient Kung Fu techniques. There is a variety of attack and defence techniques with its well knit structure, ingenious positions, flexibility and practial in fighting. It is also an absolutely direct line handed Shaolin boxing technique. This form is brief but vigorous, easy to learn and practise. It can attack the rival's vital part within limited space.
