Introduction:

Yu-styled five-sense fistic play is considered as one of the representative of Emei school of martial arts in China. Focusing on the harmonious involvement of body, hands, eyes, mind and feet, it's characterized by a variety of unique techniques of hands and elbows low-posed but quick rhythm of movement, straight ford and vigorous action as well as the perfect combination of attack and defense.
