Just as beautiful flower is likely to be picked by naughty kids, pretty girls is more likely to be attacked by rascals. The umbrella of law protection does not cover every citizen at any time. If you were Princess Diana, you could afford for bodyguards. Of course this is not the fact. So in case of danger, the only one who could protect you is you yourself. The ways for women to resist violence and self-protection is called Women Self-protection Methods.

The Women Self-protection Methods is now very popular in women circle worldwide as a fashion movement of body building and self-protection.

As a professional Kung Fu researcher, I’ve been studied carefully the so-called Women self-protection Methods which are popular among the world. By the verification of facts and experiment, I am very, very disappointed with most of these “stunts”. It has been certified by facts that these kinds of women self-protection methods such as fighting with fists and feet or reverse joint wrestle is just the imagination and good hope of its writer. They are not suitable for women at all. I don’t think it as a responsible attitude to introduce fighting methods for training special personnels to ordinary women.

Since it is called Women Self-protection Methods, it must be different from general fighting ways. Then what is the difference? I think it falls into two categories. The first is requirement while the second is means. Considering the fact that women are by nature less powerful in strength and more slowly in reaction than men, the targets for women to attack the offender should always be the flimsy and fatal parts of the male body. Attacking these parts could make the offender lose his fighting ability instantly so that the woman could escape safely. Following are some simple, practical and easy-to-learn women self-protection training methods. Of course they are not the whole contents of our training program.

The writer has been studied the martial arts for quite a long time and have some experience on Women self-protection Methods. My methods are characterized as follows: 1. Nearly no strength is required and could be done by anyone. 2. Fighting mainly done by body contact, no legal restrictions. 3. They are Simple, practical and effective. In no seconds, the offender could be killed or injured
